Lukes journal: We arrived in the Netherlands just after sunrise this morning. I slept in the business class seats, but Eric was up catching up on something he called " the Newsroom ". He was very tired when we landed. " I amsterdam " The airport is near Amsterdam, but we boarded a train to go to Rotterdam immediately. Eric was tired and did not take pictures of the train. Old boats in one of the many harbors. Harbors are more common than parking lots. The Netherlands (Holland) is a country that is mostly at or below sea level. That means there are many canals used to travel around. To go to the office with Eric we had to take a "waterbus". The boats we passed were loaded with containers just like trains back home. We'll take the next Waterbus The buildings here are really cool. The Dutch have interesting designs for their buildings and bridges. The city is a mix of old with new styles.
